Section 09300, Ceramic Tile. <br />L. Section 09900, Painting. <br />1.03 QUALITY ASSURANCE <br />A. Use only new materials and products. <br />B. Use materials and products of one manufacturer whenever possible. <br />C. All materials, components, assemblies, workmanship and installation are to be observed by <br />the Owner's Inspector of Record. Work not so inspected is subject to uncovering and <br />replacement. <br />D. Except as otherwise indicated, joint sealers are required to establish and maintain airtight <br />and waterproof continuous seals on a permanent basis, within recognized limitations of wear <br />and aging, as indicated for each application. Failure of installed sealers to comply with this <br />requirement will be recognized as failures of materials and workmanship. <br />1.04 SUBMITTALS <br />A. Refer to Section 01300. <br />1 <br />
