Sermon 09900, Painting. 1.03 CAJAMY ASSURANCE - A. Qualifications: 1. Manufacture: The casework manufacturer must have not less than 5 years of production experience similar to this project, and the specified product, and whose qualifications indicate the ability to comply with the requirements of this section. 2. Installer: The installer must have at least one project in the past 5 years with similar systems and complexities to those required for this project, and where the value of the woodwork is a minimum of 80% of the cost of woodwork for this project. B. Use only new materials and products, unless existing materials or products are specifically shown otherwise on the Drawings to be salvaged and re -used. C. Use mateftis and products of one mangy vAwnever Pile - D. All materials, components, assemblies, workmanship and installation are to be observed by the Owner's inspector of Record. Work not so inspected is subject to uncovering and replacement. E. Certification: 1. All wood doors shall be fabricated in compliance with the requirements of the Woodwork Institute (WI), Archftshual Woodwork Standards (AWS), most recent edition. 2. All wood doors shall be of W1 grade specified and with appropriate compliance certificates. 3. Labeled Doors: All doors requiring fire resistance ratings shall bear Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. (UL) or Intertek Testing Services Warnock Hersey (ITS -WH)
