ACOUSTICAL CEILINGS <br />Section 09510 <br />15-1207 <br />Tested per International Code Council - Evaluation Services - AC 156 Acceptance <br />Criteria for Seismic Qualification Testing of Non-structural Components as evidenced <br />by International Code Council Evaluation Report, ESR -1308. <br />G. Provide completely designed system complying with requirements of CBC Section 808, ASTM <br />C635, ASTM C636 and DSA Interpretation Regulation 25-2.13. <br />1.04 SUBMITTALS <br />A. Refer to Section 01300. <br />B. Manufacturer's Data: Submit list and complete descriptive data of all products proposed for <br />use. Include manufacturer's specifications, published warranty or guarantee, installation <br />instructions, and maintenance instructions. <br />C. Samples: The following samples are required. Submit per Section 01300. <br />1. Submit sample for each type of grid member, grid accessory and ceiling panel to <br />Architect for review. <br />2. Manufacturer's full range of colors for Architect's selection. <br />D. Shop Drawings: Show all parts, connections and anchorages and suspension system details. <br />Submitted system shall comply with general design requirements per Article 1.12 below. <br />Dimensioned reflected ceiling plans indicating location of light fixtures, mechanical air -supply <br />and return outlets and other items which affect ceiling will be required where proposed <br />installation deviates from that indicated in the contract documents. <br />E. Submit executed Guarantee of Contractor/Subcontractor per Article 1.05. <br />F. Submit additional information as applicable and as described in Article 1.03. <br />G. Test Report on load capacities. <br />1.05 GUARANTEE <br />A. Refer to General Conditions and Section 01300. <br />B. Submit fully executed Guarantee with submittal package required by Article 1.04. <br />C. Provide a written warranty executed by the manufacturer, agreeing to repair or replace <br />acoustical panels and ceiling grid that fails within the warranty period. Failures include, but <br />are not limited to:. <br />1. Acoustical Panels: Sagging and warping of standard panels as a result of defects in <br />materials or factory workmanship. In addition, acoustical panels that are designed to <br />resist the growth of micro-organisms and installed with manufacturer's suspension <br />system and which exhibit any visible sag and fail to resist the growth of mold/mildew and <br />gram positive and gram negative odor and stain causing bacteria. <br />2.
