MOUNTAIN HOUSE SPECIFIC PLAN II <br /> The Mountain House Creek flood control improvements have previously been constructed <br /> as part of the development of Specific Plan I, including the outfall into Old giver. <br /> Improvements to the exlsting Levee and within the FEMA flood zone,to remove deve]aping <br /> portions from the flood zone,will be phased as necessary to provide flood protection from <br /> any given phase north of Byron Road. Specific phasing and improvements plans will be <br /> approved by the MHCSO prior to processing of changes to the flood insurance rate maps <br /> with FEIVIA. <br /> SPIE Implementation Measures <br /> 1.
