Construction will include an addition of a 4,400 square foot enclosed warehouse to be used for storage and an attached 1,600 square foot shade structure. The applicant is requesting a reduced rear yard setback for the proposed warehouse addition from the required 20 feet to 14 feet-6inches; located on south side of East Fremont Street, 220 feet east of North Golden Gate Avenue, Stockton. (Supervisorial District 1) OWNER: Glen A. Rigsbee APPLICANT: Same APN: 143-410-42 ADDRESS: 3150 E. Fremont Street, Stockton INFORMATION: The site is not currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated Flood Hazard Area. The site is within the Phase 1 area of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES). Fremont Street has an existing and planned right-of-way of 84 feet. RECOMMENDATIONS: 1) An encroachment permit shall be required for all work within road right-of-way. (Note: Driveway encroachment permits are for flatwork only -all vertical features, including but not limited to fences, walls, private light standards, rocks, landscaping and cobbles are not allowed in the right-of-way.)
