Construction will include an addition of a 4,400-square-foot enclosed <br /> warehouse to be used for storage and an attached 1,600-square-foot shade structure. The applicant is requesting a <br /> reduced rear yard setback for the proposed warehouse addition from the required 20 feet (abutting Residential Zone and <br /> General Plan) to 14 feet, 6 inches. The parcel is serviced by California Water Service for water, and City of Stockton for <br /> sanitary sewer service. Storm drainage will be retained on site. This parcel is not under a Williamson Act Contract. <br /> The Property is zoned C-G (General Commercial) and the General Plan designation is C/G (General Commercial). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the south side of E. Fremont St., 220 feet east of N. Golden Gate <br /> Ave., Stockton. (APN/Address: 143-410-42/3150 E. Fremont St., Stockton) (Supervisorial District: 1) <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: This project as described is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act <br /> (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3), and a Notice of Exemption will be filed if the project is approved. <br /> APPLICATION REVIEW: Recommendations and/or comments on these projects must be submitted to the Community <br /> Development Department no later than November 3, 2021.
