I informed the complainant <br />that the property owner has the responsibility of cleaning the area since there is no <br />responsible party. Emailed the complainant a link to the San Joaquin County <br />Household Hazardous waste facility. The complainant said they would take the <br />waste there. <br />Started to create a letter to mail to the property owner. <br />07/27/2021 Created a letter for the property owner.
