Property looks the BAKER <br />same. The two drums of oil were not where they were originally observed and <br />were not visible on the property. Left business card on the mail box. City of <br />Stockton also had a notice on gate for dilapidated fences. <br />08/30/2021 Abated complaint as 08-Unable to verify alleged complaint since drums are no BAKER <br />longer on site.
