An inspection report was issued to SOS Tow. A disposal record for the <br />two 55 gallon drums of used oil was required to be submitted to the EHD by 4/13/2020. SOS Tow has not come into <br />compliance and on 3/29/2021 Ted Sy notified EHD that SOS Tow has vacated the property at 1404 East Weber <br />Avenue and the two 55 gallon drums of used oil were left behind. A Notice to Abate concerning the used oil disposal <br />was issued on 4-6-2021 and mailed to the property owner on the same day. <br />Violation: As of this date, the property owner has not taken any corrective actions to investigate and dispose of the <br />two 55 gallon drums of used oil at the site. Please be advised that disposal of hazardous waste, or the causing <br />thereof, at an unauthorized point, is a violation of California Health and Safety Code, HSC §25189.5. <br />Corrective Action: Within two weeks of receipt of this letter, please submit a disposal record for the two 55 gallon <br />drums of used oil.
