UUN1 Y <br />Greatness ej <br />Time In: <br />Time Out: <br /> <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: REDDAWAY Date: 07/29/2021 <br />Address: 1495 E PESCADERO AVE, TRACY <br />Owner/Operator: YRC INC Telephone: <br />Program Element: 2200- HAZARDOUS WASTE GENERATOR PROGRAM Complaint #: COFBADLQF <br />Responsible Party Contact: FRANCISCO GONZALEZ <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />Oily water spill into gutter. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Oily water spill was discovered by SJC EHD during routine HMBP inspection. Arrived on site and met with Francisco <br />Gonzalez (Terminal Manager). A spill containment pallet had oil inside of it. The sprinklers filled the containment pallet <br />causing it to overflow onto the pavement. Approximately 2 gallons of oily water was released. Spill occurred at southwest <br />corner of the property in the parking lot. Spill traveled east along the gutter for approximately 50 feet. Spill did not appear to <br />go into storm drain. No oily staining was observed around storm drain or sides. No smell of oil was observed. Clean-up was <br />in progress upon arrival. Clean-up is now complete. One 55 gallon drum of oily solids and one 55 gallon drum of oily water <br />was generated from the clean-up. Waste will be labeled and disposed of as hazardous waste. Waste will remain on site until <br />7/30/21 for disposal.Disposal records and hazardous waste determination will be verified on next routine hazardous waste <br />inspection. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
