Suszycki (EHD), to MANZO <br />verify a complaint which alleged that residential house is discharching fuilds into <br />gutter and drain and that an auto body show is being run out of the garage. Met <br />with Sheriffs team and M.Suszycki onsite, unable to verify the alleged complaint, <br />no spillage or fluid drainage to gutter/ drain were observed. A copy of HHWF <br />broshure was provided to the resident, see V. Vang-Lee narrative for more details. <br />07/22/2021 Reviewed the complaint and looked up information on the parcel. No recent SUSZYCKI <br />permits were taken out. <br />07/22/2021 Visited the property and spoke with the owner Maureen Krieg (209) 887-9578. SUSZYCKI <br />Maureen stated her son worked on his own cars that is what people were seeing. <br />Maureen allowed us to take a look around the property. There was an RV with a <br />hose going to a sewer connection. I asked Maureen about it and she said it was <br />her sons. I asked if he lived in the vehicle and she said no. I told Maureen to have <br />her son wrap it back up and send me a picture as you are no allowed to dispose of <br />waste in that way. <br />The only vehicle being worked on was a porsche. There was about three buckets <br />of used motor oil. There was nothing to indicate that the property was being used <br />as an unpermitted auto repair business. <br />As we were leaving the son showed up and spoke to me. He works for an auto <br />shipping company and so he sometimes drops off cars in front of the home but he <br />doesn't work on them there. Vicky and Elana showed up from CUPA and gave him <br />a haz waste disposal brochure. <br />07/22/2021 Arrived at the site location with Elena Manzo where we met with Mike Suszycki of <br />the EHD, the sheriffs team, and the property owner Maureen Krieg. Per Maureen, <br />she is not running an auto shop in her garage and her son only works on his <br />personal vehicles. Staining and spills were not observed at the time of the <br />inspection. Used oil was observed in buckets and a household hazardous waste <br />brochure was left with Maureen.
