He said the levee north of <br />Eight Mile Rd is Si County right-of-way, south of the road <br />would be city. I let him know it was north of Eight Mile Rd. He <br />questioned if there was anything out there, as the narrative in <br />the description states that "The containers were removed <br />from the area for proper disposal."
