Left message. <br />Received a call-back from Dennis Delucca. He reported that all seven 5-gallon <br />containers have been disposed of. <br />He will be emailing me scans of the signed SJC Household Hazardous Waste <br />receipts and a written statement for the Auto Zone drop-off. I sent my email <br />address to his cell phone via text. None of the AG Spanos personnel email <br />addresses were provided earlier. <br />Discussed with Lead Senior Elena Manzo. I will be going out to the levee to verify <br />the waste is no longer on site. <br />04/22/2021 Site visit. Verified that the seven 5-gallon containers of oily liquid were removed <br />from the levee. <br />04/26/2021 Received from Dennis Pelucca and reviewed disposal records for 30 gallons of <br />used oil disposal at HHW. Requested address for Auto Zone since that is where <br />the first 5 gallons of used oil was taken to. <br />09/20/2021 Complaint review for abatement process. Listed items still required for printing on <br />a post-it note with complaint file. <br />10/06/2021 Reviewed narrative and corrected typos. Revised narrative for clarification. <br />Generated photo logs for site visits on 4-7-2021 and 4-22-2021.
