I left a message for the complainant at 7:53am. Left <br />the office at 8:12am. Arrived on site at 8:40am and took photos. Left site at <br />8:43pm. <br />I received a call back from the complainant at 8:54am. Complainant states they <br />noticed the powder a few days ago. I sent the complainant photos of what I <br />observed and they confirmed it was the correct area. I returned to the office at <br />9:20am. I updated lead Elena Manzo of my observations. I contacted Brian Closs <br />of San Joaquin County Road Maintenance at 209-468-3074 to notify him of the <br />complaint. I emailed photos to bccloss@sjgov.org. Brian responded stating that a <br />service request has been made and someone will go out to determine if it is in the <br />county right of way. The complainant information was provided to Brian per his <br />request. Generated complaint. <br />At 3:30pm, I called the Ag Comissioner's office at 209-953-6000 and spoke to <br />Hiromi Hernandez to request for contact information for the parcel. Hiromi <br />requested that I send her an email with the information. I emailed Hiromi at <br />3:38pm. <br />Received CalOES spill report at 3:40pm stating that county road maintenance <br />completed clean-up. I called the Ag Comissioner's office back to disregard my <br />email. <br />09/16/2021 Completed prop 65 VANG-LEE <br />09/22/2021 Completed photo log. Generated and printed the emergency response record, <br />complaint investigation form, complaint narrative and complaint investigation <br />summary.
