Vang-Lee with spill clean up response. No injuries or <br />evacuations and no nearby schools. <br />I received a page at approximately 9:06pm from the San Joaquin County General <br />Hospital. I called the hospital and received information regarding an <br />approximately 10 gallon spill of hydraulic oil at 2121 N. Zuckerman Rd, Stockton, <br />CA 95206. PG&E contact information for Ralph Robert (209-323-9492) was <br />provided to me. I contacted Ralph who stated that hydraulic oil was released from <br />their hydraulic line from a gas well. Per Ralph, the release happened at <br />approximately 6pm. Ralph stated that only gravel was impacted but due to lack of <br />lighting, cleaning will not be completed today. Per Ralph, they will assess the area <br />tomorrow when there is adequate lighting. Per Ralph, the release did not leave <br />the facility, waterways were not impacted, there were no injuries, and no <br />evacuations. Called and updated lead Elena Manzo. <br />Generated a complaint. Called Ralph Robert at 209-323-9492 and left a message <br />requesting for an estimated time someone will be on site so that I can inspect the <br />area. I received a gps location of the spill area via text and a phone call from <br />Ralph stating he just arrived on site. <br />I left the office at approximately 9:30am and arrived on site at approximately <br />9:55am. Per Ralph, a hydraulic line connected to a gas well sprayed hydraulic oil <br />onto gravel. When I arrived, the clean-up had already been completed by <br />HydroChem. The impacted gravel was placed into 2 black metal 55 gallon drums. <br />The first drum was full of gravel. The second drum was approximately 1/3 full of <br />gravel, rags, and personal protective equipment. The drums were labeled as <br />hazardous waste and will be left on site to be disposed of at a later time.
