The following items are incomplete/missing: <br /> -loading areas <br /> -internal roads <br /> -emergency shut-offs <br /> -spill kits <br /> -One fire extinguisher was observed near the new batteries and was not included on the site map. <br /> -One fire extinguisher was observed on the western wall near the south corner and was not included on the site <br /> map. <br /> -One fire extinguisher was observed on the western wall behind the counter and was not included on the site map. <br /> -The fire extinguisher next to the main entrance was not observed during the inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent <br /> streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous <br /> material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. <br /> If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 9 HSC 25508.2 Failed to annually review and certify that the HMBP is complete and accurate by the due date. <br /> OBSERVATION: The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS)annually by the due date, January 15: <br /> -2019 late(2/6/2019) <br /> -2020 late(1/16/2020) <br /> -2021 late(1/27/2021) <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar <br /> year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: This was corrected on 1/27/2021. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There were two violations during the <br /> inspection. Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a <br /> statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any <br /> supporting paperwork, by November 18, 2021. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br /> of having them sign.
