The followings were noted:
This 2.50 acre lot consists of a 4-bedroom single family residence. This property is served by onsite well for water and septic
system.
There is one septic permit on file. The septic system was installed on 12-06-1989. The septic system includes a 1,600 gallon
septic tank, three 40' leach lines and four 25' deep seepage pits.
The owner proposes to install an agriculture building.
The septic tank was located via probing. It is located 90'4" western property line.
Unable to probe the leach filed using probe to due nature of the soil. Location of the nearest property line to the proposed
agriculture building was calculated using the septic permit on file and located septic tank.
See attached drawing of the findings for the location of the septic tank from property line and best guessed location of the
leach line that is closest to the proposed agriculture building.
Map Area
See Attached
RECEIVED BY: EMAILED TO NICOLAS DYSLE @ NDYSLE@FSWEST.COM
DATE: SEPTEMBER 9, 2021
ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH SPECIALIST: NASEEM AHMED
PERMITS PLUS DATE:
END 48-037 Official Consultation Report
9/18/07
