All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br />OBSERVATIONS: The soap dispenser at the hand sink near the 3 comp sink was empty. Provide soap in this dispenser <br />today. Corrected on site. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair. (113953.2) Adequate facilities shall be provided for hand washing, food preparation and the washing of <br />utensils and equipment. (113953, 113953.1, 114067(f)) <br /> #33 Nonfood Contact Surfaces Clean <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed debris on bottom of 1 dr Delfield reach-in w/prep top. Clean and sanitize today and maintain <br />clean. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean. (114115 (c)) <br /> #35 Equipment/Utensils Approved and in Good Repair <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed debris on lobby soda machine ice chute and nozzle. Clean and sanitize today and maintain <br />clean. <br />Observed cold water leaking at the faucet heads of the 3 comp sink and prep sink. Repair leaking within 1 week. <br />Observed debris on fryer exhaust hood filters. Clean and sanitize within 2 weeks and maintain clean. <br />Observed ice accumulation on top and back of 1 dr Padela freezer and on fan, ceiling, walls, and floor of walk-in freezer. <br />Clean within 2 weeks and repair as necessary. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair.
