The adders and CERS ID <br />number are not correct. Currently the address says 1700 W. Fremont St and the CERS ID number listed says <br />10812802. The address should be listed as 105 E. Stadium Dr and the CERS ID number is 10812793. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A business plan shall include the following emergency response procedures for a <br />release or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but not limited to, the following: <br /> - immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br /> - procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br />persons, property, or the environment <br /> - evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the site <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There was 1 violation found during the <br />inspection. Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a <br />statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any <br />supporting paperwork, by 11/11/2021. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br />of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br />($152).
