All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />creamer dispenser -- 60.00º F 10 door cooler -- 33.00º F <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Unable to issue permit at this time. Correct the following and call this dept for a follow up inspection: <br />1. Hot water shall be 120 F or higher <br />2. Install a splash guard between hand sink and 3 comp sink. It shall be at least 6 inches in height and front corner shall be <br />rounded to avoid an injury. <br />3. Bolt 3 comp sink to wall. Caulk behind 3 comp sink and hand sink. <br />4. Floors shall be up to code. At 3 comp/hand sink area install above the hard rubber floors an up to code floor base as <br />discussed during consultation. Corner of base shall be coved (rounded with 3/8 inch radius) and base shall be at leat 4 inches <br />in height. Extend it to 2 feet to the left of hand sink. For floors were mop sink is located install up to code floors as discussed <br />(ceramic tile/sheet linoleum) and extend floor 2 feet next to it and in front of it. <br />5. All hand sinks shall be provided with wall mounted soap and paper towel dispensers. <br />6. Provide toilet paper for rest room. <br />7. Clean rest room. <br />.8. Ventilation fan in rest room shall be fully functional. <br />9. Damaged ceiling panels shall be replaced. <br />10. Creamer dispenser is currently 60 F. Discard creamers and replace dispenser. It shall be 41 F or lower. <br />11. Remove plastic film from 3 comp sink <br />Equipment: 38,000 BTU Galaxie water heater, mop sink, mini 3 comp sink, hand sink, 1 rest room <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
