COMPLAINANT ORDERED <br /> FOOD TO GO.THEY ORDERED BEEF TACOS COMBO. COMPLAINANT BEGAN TO FEEL SICK A FEW HOURS <br /> AFTER EATING. HAD SYMPTOMS OF NAUSEA, CRAMPS, DIZZINESS, FELT VERY WEAK, COULD NOT EAT OR <br /> DRINK WATER.
