Please find the attached used oil receipts missing during the inspection that took place on the 18`h. These copies <br /> will be sent to the store to be placed in the store's Record Retention Binder. In addition the missing waste codes <br /> occurred when Safety-Kleen was our oil/waste vendor. AutoZone is now working with World Oil and this <br /> subject was broached and we have been assured that the waste codes will be on all environmental <br /> documentation that requires it. <br /> I am still trying to locate the final copy of the manifest and completing the site map.
