The site map does not address the location of loading areas, internal <br />roads, adjacent streets, and storm/sewer drains. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent <br />streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous <br />material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. <br /> If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as “NA". <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a minor violation. <br /> 9 HSC 25508.2 Failed to annually review and certify that the HMBP is complete and accurate by the due date. <br />OBSERVATION: The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California <br />Environmental Reporting System (CERS) annually by the due date, January 15. The 2018 submittal was submitted <br />late on 1/16/2018. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar <br />year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Corrected on-site on 1/16/2018. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There were two violations during the <br />inspection. One violation was already corrected on 1/16/2018.
