A site visit was conducted on June 21, 2021. The results of the site visit revealed no apparent <br />evidence of raccoons, but there was an accumulation of solid waste on the property. This is a violation <br />of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code: <br />1. Title 5, Chapter 4, Section 5-2400; Accumulation of refuse, waste, and filth is prohibited <br />Effective immediately remove all unauthorized solid waste from this location to an approved disposal <br />site or an authorized recycling facility, within 7 days of receipt of this notice and provide <br />documentation of disposal (receipts).
