Jack Tone Rd, Lodi <br />APN 065-020-33, SR0084295 <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the Soil Suitability/Nitrate <br />Loading (SSNL) Study, dated September 29, 2021 and has the following comments for your consideration. <br />The SSNL was prepared to determine the suitability of the above noted parcel for onsite wastewater treatment <br />system (OWTS) usage and the potential long-term impact of nitrate to groundwater. <br />Based on the information provided, the EHD can make the following findings <br />The Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study supports the suitability for standard OWTS usage for the <br />proposed development project on the above-mentioned parcel, pursuant to San Joaquin County <br />Ordinance Code Title 9, Section 9-1105.2(d). <br />2. Percolation test conducted on September 24, 2021 yield percolation rate of 11.90 minutes/inch. At <br />this rate, a minimum 8 feet soil separation shall be required between bottom of dispersal field and <br />groundwater in accordance to San Joaquin County Onsite Wastewater Treatment Standard table <br />1.10.2.
