The facility demonstrated <br /> that other waste streams were removed from the facility within 180 days. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br /> compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations. Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the <br /> disposal records to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling.The following <br /> containers below observed with incomplete labeling: <br /> 1-One 55 gallons drum of Refrigeration Used Oil without the words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of <br /> generator, hazardous properties, and physical state. <br /> 2-One 5 gallons bucket of Used oil without the words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, <br /> hazardous properties, physical state, composition (contents), and accumulation start date. <br /> 3-One 55 gallons drum labeled UN 1993 Waste Flammable Liquid without accumulation start date. <br /> 4-One of 55 gallons drum of labeled Non-RCRA Hazardous Waste Solid, Oil Filters without hazardous properties, <br /> and accumulation start date. <br /> 5-Three 55 gallons drum Used Oil without hazardous properties, and accumulation start date. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
