I reviewed the Hazardous Waste <br />Return to Compliance documents . I am able to close the violations except violation #601 & #712. <br />Please submit the manifests for the picked -up waste. For violation #712 the Universal Waste (Lamps) <br />container labeled with accumulation start date as of 11/17/21.
