The Work <br /> Plan was submitted on your behalf by AECOM for the Newark Group Inc. Case #2 <br /> underground storage tank (UST) petroleum release case at 800 West Church Street in <br /> in Stockton (Site). However, San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (SJCEHD) maintains jurisdictional authority over well destructions in San Joaquin <br /> County, so the proposed well destructions must be completed under, and in accordance <br /> with, SJCEHD permits and requirements. By 29 October 2021, please submit a Well <br /> Destruction Report. In this report, please summarize the date and method of each well <br /> destruction and the date all remaining waste was removed from the Site. Also include <br /> copies of all applicable permits and the generator copies of all associated waste <br /> manifests. <br /> KARL E.
