ACCESS AND C RCUL „ (TION : The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan : <br /> ( 1 ) Driveway width shall be 40 -feet . The design of the driveway shall allow trucks to enter and exit the <br /> property without entering into the opposing lane of traffic . SCREENING : Screening shall be provided and comply with the following : <br /> ( 1 ) A solid masonry wall 6 to 8 -feet in height shall be erected along the southern property line of APN <br /> 191 -230 - 12 , the southern and western property line of 191 -230 - 14 , and the common boundary <br /> shared with APN 191 -230 - 14 and 191 -230 - 13 . ( Development Title Section 9 - 1022 . 4 [e] [ 1 ] ) <br /> ( 2 ) All storage materials and related activities , including storage areas for trash , shall be enclosed by <br /> a screen 6 to 8 -feet in height . Items stored within 100 -feet of a dedicated street or residential zone <br /> shall not be stacked higher than 2 -feet above the adjacent screen . ( Development Title Section 9 - <br /> 1022 . 4 [e] [2 ] [A] ) <br /> In SIGNS : Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9 - 1710 of the Development Title and be included <br /> on the Site Plan .
