BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION R-24-25 Resolution to Approve General Plan Map Amendment No.PA-2100226,Zone Reclassification No. PA-2100227, &Use Permit No. PA-2100228 of DBBC Freight Lines, Inc. (c/o Mike Hakeem) (District 3) - - - - - - - - - - - - - WHEREAS, on January 18, 2024, the San Joaquin County Planning Commission considered the Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program for General Plan Map Amendment No. PA-2100226, Zone Reclassification No. PA- 2100227, and Use Permit No. PA-2100228 and voted 5 to 0 to forward them to the Board of Supervisors for approval; and WHEREAS, on February 6, 2024, the Board of Supervisors conducted a properly noticed public hearing on the Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program for General Plan Map Amendment No. PA-2100226, Zone Reclassification No. PA- 2100227, and Use Permit No. PA-2100228 as recommended by the Planning Commission, during which they received oral and documentary evidence on the matter; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Board of Supervisors: 1. Adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration (Attachment B to this Resolution) for General Plan Map Amendment No. PA-2100226, Zone Reclassification No. PA-2100227, and Use Permit No. PA-2100228, 2. Adopt the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (Attachment C to this Resolution) for General Plan Map Amendment No. PA-2100226, Zone Reclassification No. PA-2100227, and Use Permit No. PA-2100228, 3. Approve General Plan Map Amendment No. PA-2100226 based on the ability to make the required Findings for General Plan Map Amendment (Attachment A to this Resolution), 4. Approve Zone Reclassification No. PA-2100227 based on the ability to make the required Findings for Zone Reclassification (Attachment A to this Resolution), 5. Approve Use Permit No. PA-2100228 based on the ability to make the required Findings for Use Permit (Attachment A to this Resolution) and attached Conditions of Approval (Attachment D to this Resolution).
