Appendix A <br /> Site Safety Plan <br /> and updated periodically as conditions or the environment change throughout the day . <br /> The initial orientation meeting will ensure that each employee understands the scope of <br /> work , the associated hazards and the requirements of the Walton Health , Safety and <br /> Environmental ( HSE ) Program . Additional topics relevant to the scope of work will be <br /> discussed such as Stop Work Authority , Heat Illness Prevention , Lock- out/Tag - out , <br /> Confined Space , Trenching where applicable . The Walton HSE Program Manual is located <br /> on the Employee Portal for review when necessary and will be provided on all Job Sites . <br /> GENERAL PROJECT SAFETY REQUIREMENTS <br /> Project activities will be conducted in accordance with the following minimum safety <br /> requirements : Eating , drinking , and smoking will be restricted to a designated area .
