All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #22 Disposal of Sewage/Wastewater <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed discharge hose under drive thru soda machine discharging onto floor. All discharge from <br />equipment shall go into the floor sinks and maintain a 1 in. minimum air gap. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All liquid waste must drain to an approved fully functioning sewage disposal system. (114197) <br /> #30 Food Storage/Display Properly Labeled <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed open bag of cinnamon in storage area. Store food items in approved containers with labeling <br />once bag is opened. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Food shall be stored in approved containers and labeled as to contents. Food shall be stored at least 6" <br />above the floor on approved shelving. (114047, 114049, 114051, 114053, 114055, 114067(h), 114069 (b)) <br /> #35 Equipment/Utensils Approved and in Good Repair <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed gaps between exhaust filters in fryer exhaust hood. Install filters properly so that there are no <br />gaps. Correct today. <br />Observed ice accumulation on ceiling, compressor pipe, wall, shelves, and floor in walk-in freezer. Clean within 1 week and <br />repair as necessary. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair. (114175).
