Below please find the link you may use to access the following documents we would like to respectfully re -submit to your office for review & to address required items in order to obtain CUPA Permit/Approved Plans for proposed installation of new ust's & related upgrades/improvements to be completed at the subject facility (please download the files as soon as possible, the link never expires but when a long time goes by without accessing/downloading the files with the link, they might no longer be available); https://asengineering.sharefile.com/d-s5bdda85d3b3d4e269dba6lle5el80a54 • Updated UST Installation Permit Application • Contractors documents & certifications for Savidge Construction Inc. • Complete manufacturer's cut sheets for all proposed ust system components • Complete set of updated plans for review/approval for proposed installation of new ust's & related upgrades/improvements Below please also find plan check comments received including responses; 1) Page 3 of the Application for the Underground Storage Tank Installation Permit: Owner/operator information is outdated. Please follow the link to access updated application, if information is still not correct, please advise as to information that should be on there. 2) Complete manufacturer certifications were not submitted. Provide current contractor's training certifications for installation and testing of all proposed UST equipment/components, including tanks & sumps, flex connectors, piping, spill buckets, sump shields & lids, leak detectors, and overfill prevention. A number of the attached certifications have expired and there is not a certification for each part being installed. Please follow the link to access certifications received from contractor, if certifications are still not the correct ones, please advise specifically which ones are acceptable & which ones you are still missing. 3) Provide manufacturer's cut sheets for all proposed UST system components, including piping, flex connectors, STP & fill sumps, UDCs, vent sumps, penetrations, spill buckets, and overfill prevention. I found a link in one of the emails but it says that it is an "invalid link". Please follow the link to access manufacturer's cut sheets, if it still says that the link is invalid (which I checked & was able to access again without any problem) we can overnight hard copies or a usb drive including all plans & documents to your office, if manufacturer's cut sheets are still not the correct ones, please advise specifically which ones are acceptable & which ones you are still missing. 4) Provide tank charts for the tanks being used. Sheets M5.3.04, M5.3.05, M5.3.06., & M5.6.03 are different from the tank charts needed. Tank carts are a large table of values that list the dipstick value associated with the gallons in the tank. /found tank charts in the papers for this install but they are Xerxes tank charts and the plans state that Containment Solutions tanks will be installed. Please follow the link to access updated plans, see sheets M.5.3.04, M.5.3.05, M.5.3.06 5) The section on vacuum zones on M.5.3.09 lists vapor recovery under 87 Zone 1 only. Please include documentation for 91 vapor recovery piping. 91 on this page only shows vacuum zones for product (zone 5), vent (zone 6) and crossover (zone 7).
