The test was not witnessed in it's entirety. Please submit test results to <br />the EHD by emailing ust@sjgov.org. <br />THIS SITE IS NOT APPROVED TO RECEIVE FUEL. This site needs further testing, please refer to the permit approval letter <br />for the required inspections. A 48-hour notice is required for all inspections. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of having them <br />sign. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
