If this is not the correct address, please submit the <br /> official assigned address so we can get it correct in our records. We've received notices and appointments for the site <br /> under several different addresses. <br /> This facility is not yet approved to operate or receive fuel. The next inspection should be the pre-fuel monitoring system <br /> certification, spill container testing, and overfill prevention testing. Currently all outstanding fees have been <br /> paid. However, all staff time associated with the install, including field inspections, emails, phone calls, and document <br /> review, is billed at our currently hourly rate of$156.
