Brian Roth sr Christopher bishop is the electrician and not installing the OPW. I'm sorry for questioning the certs, but these employees have never had to have them to install the equipment. Please provide tank charts for the compartmented tank being used. There is a 12,000 -gallon 91 and 10,000 -gallon spilt tank being installed but the latest stock plans do not include tank charts for these two tanks. There should be one tank chart for the base tank and one tank chart for the extension tank. These tank charts were on the "STOCK _PLANS (2021- 04-12).pdf" but not on the newest one. The following tank charts are in the newest stock plan document named "STOCK_PLANS (2021-06-08).pdf": • M.5.3.01.1 = 10' 25,000 DW tank (87 grade tank) • M.5.3.05.1 = 10' 20,000 DW tank (two diesel grade tanks) • M.5.6.03.1 = 8' 8,000 DW tank (DEF tank) One person with complete certifications for UST system installation and UST monitoring system. Or two people, one person with the complete certifications for the UST system installation and one person with complete certifications for the UST monitoring system. To satisfy this, we could need certifications for either "a" or "b" below: a. A current Veeder Root certification for Adolf Scot Alves; or b. A current OPW certification for Brian Roth Sr. or Christopher Bishop If you have any questions, please let me know.
