The Salsa 1 and 2 door prep refs are not cold <br /> enough at 49 F. Decrease and maintain all refs to 41 F or lower today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/45°F or at or above 135°F.
