We're not asking for a Phase I certification. The certification submitted with the permit
application states it is for Phase I. We're looking for a certification from the manufacturer for the equipment being
installed, or, if the certification for that part does not exist, a comparable alternate certification. According to the
Franklin Fueling website, the 'Phase I' certification submitted does not include sensors.
Hope that clarifies a bit.
Thank you,
Stacy Rivera
Lead Sr. Registered Environmental Health Specialist
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
1868 E.
