Environmental Health Department <br />Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />October 27, 2021 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 1820 N MACARTHUR DR, TRACY <br /> Facility Name: <br /> TAYLOR FARMS PACIFIC INC <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br />OBSERVATION: Several chemicals listed belowwere found on site that have not been reported to CERS. <br />Spectra Yellow located in several locations throughout facility, but not listed in the CERS chemical inventory. <br />Madisan 75 located in several areas in the facility, but not listed in the CERS chemical inventory. <br />Denate Blue #1 found in Cage# 4, but not listed in the CERS chemical inventory. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br />facility's business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for <br />approval. <br />This is a minor violation. <br /> 7 HSC 25505(a)(3) Failed to electronically submit an adequate ER procedures for a release or threatened release. <br />OBSERVATION: The emergency response(ER) procedures were lacking or inadequate.
