Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: Some containers are being left in the hand wash sink preventing easy access for washing hands. <br />Remove these containers immediately.
