The workplan has been prepared by Moju Environmental Technologies <br /> (Mcju E.T.) on behalf of Forward Inc. for your review. It describes methods by which site <br /> specific designated levels will be derived for waste containing any of the following chemicals: <br /> petroleum hydrocarbon, CAM metals and polynuclear aromatic (PNA) compounds. <br /> This Work Plan is an integral part of the contaminated soil acceptance program at the Forward <br /> landfill. A draft contaminated soil acceptance report has been prepared and is currently been <br /> reviewed by the San Joaquin Public Health Services (PHS). A copy of the contaminated soil <br /> report will be sent to you for review shortly. Site-specific designated levels derived through the <br /> implementation of the workplan will be used by Forward Inc. in classifying contaminated soils <br /> into designated and non-designated waste.
