Transfer Station <br /> Facility No.- 39-AA-0020 <br /> Dear Mr. Valinoti: <br /> California Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB) staff <br /> conducted a State Inspection, in conjunction with an inspection by <br /> Mr. Sasson of your agency, of the Forward,Inc. Transfer Station on <br /> September 2, 1992, pursuant to Division 30, Public Resources Code <br /> (PRC) , Sections 43214 and 43219 (b) . The facility was evaluated for <br /> compliance with applicable sections of the PRC and Title 14, <br /> California Code of regulations (CCR) . Enclosed are two copies of <br /> the State Inspection Report, one for your records and one to <br /> forward to the operator. <br /> The overall condition and appearance of this facility was good. No <br /> violations of applicable State laws and regulations were documented <br /> during the inspection. However, several "areas of concern" were <br /> noted regarding facility compliance with the following State <br /> Minimum Standards: <br /> 14 CCR 17441 Report of Station Information (RSI) <br /> 14 CCR 17520 Storage of Salvage <br /> 14 CCR 17557 Station Maintenance Program <br /> 14 CCR 17562 Hazardous Wastes <br /> Please continue to work with the facility operator to maintain this <br /> facility in compliance with all State Minimum Standards. <br /> As always, this office is available to assist you.
