(113977) <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br /> OBSERVATIONS:No soap in kitchen hand sink dispenser. Provide soap in dispenser immediately. <br /> Observed a plastic jug in the kitchen hand sink. Keep hand sink accessible for hand washing at all times. Corrected on site, <br /> the jug was removed. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br /> maintained in good repair.
