Clean today and maintain clean. <br />Observed debris build up on both fryer exhaust hoods. Clean within 1 week and maintain clean. <br />Observed ice accumulation on compressor pipe, shelves, and floor in walk-in freezer and on top of 1 dr Arctic Air freezer. <br />Clean within 1 week and repair as necessary. <br />Observed some missing front air vent covers at cook line exhaust hood. Provide air vent covers within 2 weeks. <br />Observed leaking from mop sink faucet when in use. Repair within 2 weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair. (114175).
