SAN J O A Q U I Environmental Health Department <br /> Food Program Official Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name and Address: BOWLERO MANTECA, 1251 E YOSEMITE AVE, MANTECA 95336 <br /> Re inspection. <br /> Hand sink by the washing area is fully supplied with soap and paper towels from dispensers mounted to the wall. <br /> All food handler cards are valid. <br /> 2 D Hoshizaki reach in cooler/under prep table at the cooking area, has temp at 41 F. <br /> Exterior surfaces of the fryers and cooking equipment at the cooking area, had been cleaned. <br /> Walk in cooler has new clean storage racks. <br /> 3 D Avantco reach in cooler/under prep table (cold hold)at pizza prep line, has a new right top lid installed. <br /> All 4 50LBS CO2 tanks are secured. <br /> Walk in cooler and walk in freezer have adequate light.
