<br />OBSERVATIONS: Six food handler cards have expired.
<br />Provide valid food handler certificates.
<br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food employees shall have adequate knowledge of and be trained in food safety as it relates to their
<br />assigned duties. (113947) Food facilities that prepare, handle or serve non-prepackaged potentially hazardous food, shall have an

<br />OBSERVATIONS: I was unable to determine the strength of the quat sanitizer, the water was too hot (testing equipment
<br />says to test sanitizer at 65F-75F).
<br />Operator changed sanitizer bucket and used bleach and water for sanitizing sanitizer is at 100ppm (chlorine)
