No was marked on the question in the business <br />activities section asking if the business has more than 1320 of a petroleum product. The business has 1800 gallons <br />of a petroleum product on site. The business needs to mark yes to having more than 1320 gallon of a petroleum <br />product. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This violation was corrected on site. <br />This is a minor violation. <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br />OBSERVATION: 315 gallons of techniseal color boost, 960 gallons of techniseal satin look, and 350 gallons of <br />techniseal wet look were found on site that have not been reported to CERS. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br />facility's business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for <br />approval. <br />This violation was corrected on site. <br />This is a minor violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br />OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete.
