Woodland, CA 95776 <br /> Tracy, CA 95304 <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A Time Extension for previously approved Use Permit No. PA-1900127 to extend each phase <br /> by 1 year. The project was originally approved for a 60,233-square-foot expansion to an existing 13,495-square-foot <br /> neighborhood religious assembly. This project will increase the maximum number of members permitted from 170 to a <br /> maximum of 700 members and will to be completed in 2 phases over 4 years. This extension will allow for 30 months to <br /> complete Phase 1, and 5 years to complete Phase 2. <br /> Phase 1 to include construction of a 28,965-square-foot assembly hall for religious and educational activities; a 250-square- <br /> foot well house; a 700-square-foot fire water pump house; a 6,453-square-foot hallway structure (to connect the proposed <br /> assembly hall and social hall);and the conversion of an existing 6,150-square-foot agricultural building into a storage building. <br /> Phase 2 to include the construction of a 17,715-square-foot social hall to include a kitchen, dining area, and retreat area. <br /> The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is A/G (General <br /> Agriculture). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the north side of W. Grant Line Rd., 985 feet east of Hansen Rd., <br /> Tracy. (APN/Address: 209-190-33/ 16215 W. Grant Line Rd., Tracy) (Supervisorial District: 5) <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: This project as described is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act <br /> (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15061 (b)(3), and a Notice of Exemption will be filed if the project is approved. <br /> APPLICATION REVIEW: Recommendations and/or comments on this project must be submitted to the Community <br /> Development Department no later than December 13, 2021. Recommendations and/or comments received after that date <br /> may not be considered in staff's analysis and/or recommendation to the San Joaquin County Planning Commission for this <br /> application. <br /> NOTE TO SURROUNDING PROPERTY OWNERS: This project will be scheduled for a San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Commission hearing.
