OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The containers were: -One black metal 55 gallon drum of oily solids was observed in the maintenance building without hazardous properties on the label REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition (contents), accumulation start date CORRECTIVE ACTION: The violation was corrected during the inspection by adding the hazardous property to the label. No further action is required to correct this violation. This is a repeat violation, Class II. Overall Inspection Comments: To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of having them sign.
