The map is missing loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, <br /> spill kit, emergency shut-off, and all access/exit points. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent <br /> streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous <br /> material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. <br /> If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: This violation was corrected on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 7 HSC 25505(a)(3) Failed to electronically submit an adequate ER procedures for a release or threatened release. <br /> OBSERVATION: The emergency response(ER)procedures were lacking or inadequate. The following issues need <br /> to be addressed: <br /> -Section G states that absorbent material is in the shop. Per owner Jesus Rodriguez,the shop does not currently <br /> have any absorbent material <br /> -Section I states that the facility training is not applicable because the facility does not have any employees.
